Notes on provision

Provision subject to regulatory permissibility

All modules presented on this page are to be understood as technical starting components which, within the scope of a project-specific custom development and subject to regulatory permissibility at the intended place of use, are adapted to the specific use case, further developed or commissioned separately. Their presentation on this page does not constitute any commitment to the availability or delivery of individual modules.

Before commissioning, the scope of functions, data processing and model components are subjected to a suitability, compliance and licensing review, the extent of which depends on the country of use, the use case and the modules commissioned. This may result in restrictions, adaptation requirements or the complete exclusion of individual functionalities.

Individual modules — in particular biometric identification and matching components — are provided only after successful verification of the client’s identity, authorisation and purpose (KYC) and after documented clarification of the respective deployment scenarios. A recurring review of these requirements may become necessary during the term of the contract; should the requirements cease to be met, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate provision.

Where additional conformity assessments, data protection impact assessments, official approvals or customer-specific further development are required for the respective use case, these are agreed and priced as separate service components.
